Our Corvallis and Lebanon offices have some of the MOST EXPERIENCED hand therapists to care for your upper extremity rehabilitation needs. We have both OCCUPATIONAL and PHYSICAL THERAPISTS who through advanced training and clinical experience excel at the treatment of pathological upper extremity conditions resulting from trauma, disease, congenital or acquired deformity. Direct one on one therapy may include; evaluation, modalities, manual therapy, therapeutic activities or exercises and custom fabricated orthoses

Kathleen Adams, PT, CHT
A Corvallis native, Kathleen has worked with upper extremity injuries for over 25 years. She has been a Certified Hand Therapist since 2004. In her free time, Kathleen enjoys exercising, reading, baking and spending time with her husband and three grown children. Greg Thielen, OTR/L, CHT
Greg received his BS in Occupational Therapy form Pacific University in 1986 and also a BS form Oregon State University. He has been a Certified Hand Therapist for 24 of those years working both in clinical and management positions. He lives in Corvallis with his wife and is a proud father of three daughters. Janet Azzarello Bauer, MS, OTR/L
Janet was born and raised in Michigan. She spent 15 years working in a variety of rehab and skilled nursing settings in Chicago. Janet has over 20 years of experience in upper extremity therapy, which focuses on the rehabilitation of fractures, amputations, tendon and nerve injuries, cumulative trauma and splinting. Janet is married with three children and is active in school related committees in the community. She enjoys cooking, sewing, gardening and outdoor activities such as biking and skiing. Lorraine Resoff, OTR/L, CHT
Lorraine was raised in Alaska. She has over 20 experience with orthopedic therapy and over 10 years specializing in hand and upper extremity therapy, which focuses on the rehabilitation of fractures, amputations, tendon and nerve injuries, cumulative trauma and splinting.
