Located in Corvallis, our practice specializes in all hand and elbow matters, from nonoperative management to surgery and aftercare.

Dr. Peter Tsai has spent the last 15 years concentrating on upper extremity surgery in order to help you with your hand and elbow issues. He and Emily Mulcahy PA-C have worked together for over a decade honing their diagnostic, surgical and nonsurgical skills in order to better understand and treat hand and elbow problems. They work as a team in order to efficiently care for your issues, big and small.
Upper Extremity Therapy and On Site Splinting and Bracing.
Upper Hand Orthopaedics is fortunate to have the skills of Janet Bauer, Gregory Thielen and Kathleen Adams on site taking care of your hand and upper extremity therapy needs. They are certified hand therapists who help you get back to your activities either by themselves or in conjunction with surgery.
